Drop Ship

What is the charge to drop ship?

• There is a handling fee on top of the freight charge of 10%.  Freight is calculated at checkout through Australia Post, Fastway and Startrack.  You will have the choice at check out which service you would like to use.  

How quickly do orders get despatched?

• Orders are despatched within 1 business day.  Orders that are received before 1pm will be despatched the same working day.  

Do you offer different types of postage services?

• You have the choice of either Standard or Express shipping.  We use either Australia Post, Startrack or Fastway Couriers.  

How are returns handled?

• Costume Returns are to be handled by you.  

How do I process a drop ship order?

• Login to your account.
  
  
• You can place your order the same as a normal trade order but please ensure you change the shipping address to the your customers address.  
  
  
• At checkout please ensure to choose either Standard or Express Shipping.
  
  
• You can either pay with store credit in which the postage will be calculated once invoiced or you can choose to pay either with Credit Card or PayPal. 

Who will receive the tracking information?

• You will receive the tracking information as soon as your order has been picked and packed and is waiting to be collected.  It's up to you to notify your customer regarding tracking information.

Who will receive the invoice?

• The invoice will be sent to you once the order has been despatched.  Please allow 24-48 hours for the invoice to be received.
