Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register for an account?

  • It is simple to register for a Trade Account with Party Australia. Simply click on the ‘Account’ symbol on the home page and click on ‘Register New Account’.  Fill in the registration form and submit.  Once you have submitted the registration form you will receive an email with 24 hours to notify you if your account has been approved.  This is a trade only site so you need an ABN to be able to register for an account.

How do I place an order?

  • Once your account has been approved you are ready to order. Simply find the products you are wanting to order and add them to your chart.  You can then check out either using store credit (if approved) or you can pay using credit card or Paypal. 

How much do you charge for freight?

  • Freight is calculated at checkout using Australia Post rates calculator so you only pay the freight that we are charged plus a 15% packing fee.  These rates are for both orders direct to store or drop ship orders.  If your order is over a specific amount, depending on location shipping is free.  The free shipping rates are as followed;
    - NSW/ACT Free shipping for orders over $500
    - QLD/VIC/SA Free shipping for orders over $600
    - WA/NT/TAS Free shipping for order over $800

    Express post is available for order under $500 and the fee will be calculated upon check out.

How long will delivery take?

  • Order are despatch from the warehouse in 1-2 business days.  Orders are despatched either by Australia Post, Fast Way or Startrack.  Delivery times vary for each state.  Please see shipping rates page for full list of shipping time.

Is there a minimum order?

  • There is no minimum order. 

     Can I pre-order stock that is currently unavailable?

    • Yes you can pre-order by sending an email to lynbond@partyaustralia.com.au with an order and it will be processed with Disguise in the US.  If you would like us to stock an item that is currently out of stock please add the item to your Wishlist and we will order the item as soon as it becomes available at Disguise in the US.

    How do I pay my invoice?

    • You can pay for your order by the following methods;
      • Bank Deposit
      • Credit Card
